In addition to a $5 billion team that joined Rockefeller Capital Management, at least three other Merrill Lynch teams managing nearly $4 billion in client assets combined left on Friday for rivals.

In the largest of the moves, UBS Wealth Management USA nabbed a Merrill team in New York City that produced $10 million in annual revenue, according to a source familiar with their practice.

GKB & Associates, which managed nearly $2 billion in client assets, is led by Merrill lifers Joseph J. Guarneri, Steven E. Kabot and Stefani Bollag Masry and also includes brokers  Daniel T. Russo and Conor W. Heine. They moved along with client associates Ruth Saada, Dorothy Pao, Julia Pirska, Matthew Marino and Christine Boncorgalio, according to an announcement Friday.
